Director / Senior Resource Manager
Tjeerd joined the team in July 2000 to support the sales processes. TJ is often the first point of contact for candidates, has a strong supportive role for the Account Managers, and is in direct contact with clients during absence of the Account Managers. His years of experience and down to earth personality have contributed extensively to the success of Logical People.
Director / Senior Recruitment Manager
Arnout joined the team in January 2002 in order to expand Logical People's existing client database. Arnout has been working in recruitment since 1999 when he started as Account Manager. His mindset to treat people with respect and honesty has resulted in many successful referrals from both clients and candidates adding to his already extensive network. Important assignments are often entrusted to him and he knows how to marry the particular needs of both the employer and employee to each other.
Senior Resource Manager
Mel joined Logical People in July 2016 and has made a flying start! He is new to recruitment, but comes from a family of recruiters. Prior to joining the team he worked in Online Marketing and Communication. Mel provides a broad level of support and maintains contact with both candidates and clients. His manner of communicating is honest and open. In addition, he possesses a large capacity to empathise and is therefore able to make contact easily.
We are looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Manager with a Bachelor's degree and excellent communicative skills in Dutch writing and speaking. We prefer you to have (at least) 5 years experience in IT Search & Selection, although experience and knowledge gained in another sector need not be an issue but affinity with IT is important.
